Might be worth a phone call. I've ordered a handful of times from PSA since the end of January and everything took right at a month to get to my door. That, and they're showing numerous LPK's in stock which means they have them.

Not sure if it's what you're looking for, but I've also been on the search for an upper lately and decided to go with a scratch and dent upper from BCM. They're selling them for $99 with the parts (apparently...won't get it for a few days). Personally I didn't really care if it was nicked up and if the finish is really that bad, I can just hit it with some paint and press.

I also noticed that RifleGear and Midwest Industries both have Aero Precision uppers in stock, at least yesterday. Just thought I'd pass it along.

I think I own 3 or 4 of those BCM blem uppers. Great value, especially back when they were $79.99. Other than uneven anodizing on one of them, I couldn't tell what was wrong with them.
