That's a damn good price. I've bought 3 of those over the last couple to three years ago. They used to come with a coated hammer too, don't know if they still do or not. They also used to cost right around $200. Mine barely look used, so if the quality is still there they are a bargain at $100

The weight on these barrels doesn't appear to be much of a selling point. It seems the only real advantage they bring is the thermal dissipation qualities under high rates of fire. That certainly has value is certain applications but isn't something the typical recreational shooter is going to care about.

Compared to Proof, their apparent competition, a 20" 308 barrel is about 10oz more for the dracos. If you use an SLR adjustable block, the dracos is cheaper than proof, even with apex pricing. For a 6.5cm, the dracos is 8oz more with an added 2" in length.

That would put my 2a Xanthos rifle at 7lbs 4oz with the dracos 6.5cm barrel.

If they can pull off the performance with that lifetime replacement warranty, they will have business.
