    Botach used to be a decent outfit back in the early 2000's, then they had a habit of not notifying you when they didn't have something in stock. They sucked for many years after that. Not sure how good their CS is now though. Their website redesign does make it easier to navigate.

    I've been lucky. I've ordered a few things from them and all was well. However, I did so holding my breath, given the gazillion posts of bad press that I've read about them.
