My first build...almost there.

Hi all, just thuought I would share my first AR build progress, its getting closer. This is going to be a purpose built predator/varmint rifle.

DPMS Hi-Rider upper w/ 24" fluted bull barrel, chamered in .204 Ruger.
Delaware Machine lower w/ DPMS LPK (terrible trigger btw)

I also have a complete Del-Ton Inc. lower w/ 6-position stock on the way, will switch the current lower out with it once it arrives. Also have a SI Defence stripped upper coming, so I will have an extra upper and lower to do another build on also, in .223/5.56 most likely.

Looks good. Keep us updated on once you shoot it. I hear they shoot very well.

I sure will, if everything goes well I should have it complete and ready to try out on some local coyotes in a month or so. The next build based on the extra upper and lower I will have is gonna be something in the 16" flavor.
