Looks like Blue Force Gear's Redi-Mod. You can check them out at www.blueforcegear.com under the AR15 section.

Just to be clear, it is a receiver-mounted magazine retention/release device though, and not really a coupler. There is no physical connection between the two magazines themselves.

Brownell's has them for $85 to $150 depending upon which model you want, and if you get a discount or not.

Guys, please remember that all Redi-Mags are not the same. The only one I will use is the one pictured, the others are all variants that I have not been happy with.

Each person has individual likes and dislikes, so you may find you like the cheaper variants, but the BFG model is not the same as the rest.

After having removed mine some time ago, I've put it back on. I'm hoping the BAD comes out soon so that I may eventually be totally happy with the RediMag.

Mine isn't the RediMod. I tried the RediMag some time back, but I didn't like the weight. So I lightened it up and I've put it back on to try to see if I can get used to it. The BAD might swing me over all the way.

Just wondering if it's really worth getting the A2 over the A1 version. I know the A2 version is suppose to be exactly the same as the A1 version but it has the "quick attach". Just assume I'm talking about Gen II.

Just wondering because I have a Gen II A1 and a Gen I A2. Didn't know if I should transfer the latching system of my Gen I to the Gen II, making it a Gen II A2.

BFG model is the Redi-mag, but "modified". They take the RM-15-A2 Gen 2 and cut out all a lot of metal to make it lighter. It is a noticeable difference in weight since they are milling out steel. The price for the BFG is higher due to the extra work of milling and recoating the exposed metals.
