Vote on Hughes Ammendment

There has been controversy on whether the vote concerning the Hughes Amendment was a valid vote. There are questions whether Charlie Rangel declared the law passed, even though it had not actually been passed.

A user over on AR15.com found and posted the video of the vote of the Amendment on youtube. The video shows the voice vote against the addition of the amendment, and the electronic vote by a 2-1 margin. Rep Rangle then declares the motion passed.

I don't see much controversy with it, its pretty straight forward. The larger question is whether anyone will do anything about it.
