Buffer?

Ok guys Im sure this is already on here but due to lack of time Im just gonna ask. I will be running a 14.5'' barrel with a carbine length gas system on my current ar 15 build. Which buffer should I get? Is it H2, Carbine, or is there some other special buffer for that set up...It is DI, the barrel is a Daniel Defense CHF 14.5'' Carbine length barrel with 1/7 twist and I will be using the Daniel Defense BCG. Thanks guys!

Use the heaviest buffer that will cycle the lightest ammo you use. Every AR is different.

DD ships with an H buffer, which would be a good place to start.
