We were just talking about a light mount.

    It is on the board.

Any particular features that you would like to see?

Any requests? The more specific the better.
Pretty sure its already on the whiteboard, but either way I'll throw 'em out there:

    1. Cantilever Aimpoint mount ( both M3 & M4 models ).
-- Must extend the Aimpoint 1" beyond the mount base ( over the rail ).

    2. 3x Magnifier mount ( both fixed & flip to side )
-- Must work identically for both left and right handed individuals.
-- Must clear a rear BUIS and cantilever mount on the upper.

    3. Scope Mounts ( both standard & extended eye relief )
-- Swappable rings might be a good idea to accomodate both 30mm & 35mm optics such as IOR.

If you need any specifics regarding height, location, dimensions feel free to ask. My calipers are always within arms reach.

I would really like to see a Surefire X300 mount that would make it conveniently compatible with your verticle foregrip and not interfere with the bipod.

I think thats a solid idea as well. The market is pretty small in the Eotech arena, both a riser, and non-riser version would probably be of interest to people.

    This is great input.

We are making sub lists for each interface.

We have been shipping units for our Tier 1 Evaluation.

You will be seeing Evaluation reports from numerous sources.

We are developing the BLAC with maximum input from established and highly experienced users. We have been submitting units to Civilians, Law Enforcement, and top of the foodchain Military.

Short of abusing the heck of of the Aimpoint Comp M4, there isn't much else to test on this end. It works over and over and over, and it doesn't matter what rail its put on.

    Couldn't agree more.

I ran the prototype hard. Extremely hard and got nothing but consistent results.

I believe my exacts words when describing my first session out with it were
    "It was exceptionally boring".

I removed and replaced it more times than I care to count. Each time I removed
and replaced it with one handed operation with zero regard for re-indexing it to
a given t-slot. Each time to results were the same. It retained zero - period.

My initial results were so expected that the entire session was redundant to
the point of boredom. Which of course is a good thing and something that
everyone should expect from a quality optic mount.

I am anxious to receive my production mount to expand my testing to include
exposing the lever mechanism to dust & sand as well as to determine if the
throw lever orientation / placement will effect performance when worn over
    full kit.

Pictures and a full writeup to follow.

I got mine installed on my Colt, it's a damn ingenious design!

No manual adjustment needed, I've tried it on 6 different ARs and it's locks down solidly on all of them.

This is a production run of BLAC Main Bodies, we are making various sizes to account for different setups. The bases are modular.

I ran another training day with it yesterday, nothing exciting, it came on and off, repeated zero, over and over....
