    .223 Sierra Matchking load.

To start this forum right, I'll post the best bulk match load ever.

    69 gr Sierra Matchking
    22.9 grains H322
    Wolf SRM primer
    Any good brass.

    Now you have the secret.

That is weird. We can not get benchmark to perform at all. We've only tried a couple of loads, but the old world champ H322 does so well, it's hard to look elsewhere.

I've had great luck with the 55 GR bullets using Benchmark. It did good until I tried the 77 GR SMK. H322 is one of my favorite powders also.

Have you tried TAC or BL-C(2) with that bullet?

I've run a lot of TAC, but never BL-C2. H322 is sick. We've got 1/4" groups with 69 grains and 77 grain SMKs out of my buddy's Rem 700 5R.

But the 69 grain load shoots good in every gun we try. No factory ammo can touch it in any given gun.

I was just going to start loading these for my new Noveke Ares (I want to feed it the best). What OAL do you run these with?

NVM, looks like everyone just seats mag length standard of 2.25-2.26

    Can't wait to try it!

Yep. Mag length... whatever. SMKs aren't super depth sensative. The critical component is the WOLF SRM primer. We shot this load with 4 different primers.

The WOLF primers were head and shoulders above the rest, yielding a 1/4" 100 yard group. CCI 400s were the next best.. somwhere in the 1/2-3/4 MOA realm.

Wolf primers are the...I've been using them for years for the 5.56 and 6.8 with great results. And they are priced right.

Yep. We just bought 10 thousand more. I hope they're available forever.

Thanks, I'll have to make sure I get some wolf next time. I have 1000 of the Remington 7 1/2 I'm going to use up first.

Haven't tried TAC with 69 grain bullets. Just 55 grainers.
