    Unitys Prototype Chassis System

This is the prototype Chassis I built as the POC for what will eventually be our M700 chassis.

Integrated ATLAS Bipod, side folding stock, takes AR Mags.

The Gen 2 (Production Version) of the chassis has some very notable differences.

To be blunt, I wouldn't post or show these pictures as part of an upcoming design. Have your photographer throw a magazine in the weapon, reshoot, and post those images. With what is showing now it just looks like a standard bolt gun cut to be different.

I like the concept, but when I skimmed through it the first time, I missed the part about it taking AR mags, and that is a pretty large design feature to be not showcasing.

Just my quick thoughts as someone who carries a weapon as well as uses a camera daily.

Stick, thanks for the advice, we will absolutely do that. As a stopgap, a picture with an AR mag.

    Thanks

Kudos on the design, you could be on to something there. Having no photography background what-so-ever, I can only offer this as a passing observation. I'd put a tad larger scope on there, the one pictured was the first thing that caught my eye in each shot. Made me laugh a little, it just looks so small/awkward on that weapon.

    ETA: Is that a P223?

    csmith,

For marketing, I agree completely. We wanted to build something that was really lightweight, compact, yet still functional. You are correct, it is a P223, but its surprisingly versitle for this gun. Eventually I am going to put the Leupold 1.5-5 Mark 4 "Blackout" scope on it, which is really the optic to use.

When we do the marketing shoot for the production chassis, we will certainly take that into account.

    Thanks!
