AK 'Gas Hand' as opposed to 'Gas Face' with the AR. Kinda like it on my hand better...

Not totally hearing safe... not nearly as quiet as my 300blk (duh) or the 5.56, but it's not too much louder than the 5.56 either. I will say the thing tosses casings like a madman! And with the Specwar brake on it, there is little recoil. But loud to boot. Regardless, put a HUGE smile on my face today

Nice! Was thinking of looking for a 20 - LOVE my Tromix 12ga. How's it run... much work to get it reliable? Want a 410 for grouse hunting too...

It has ran with everything I've fed it. When I first converted it I opened up the gas ports and polished all the internals. Ran it with the factory finish and even the bare metal on the receiver showing for about 2,000 rounds. Finally got around to redoing it when we were getting all that snow.
