And given that I like field expediency, I used a flash bang pull ring as a sling swivel.

Really want to paint it....maybe some Russian Spetsnaz camo scheme or something

Pyzik, when you get a chance, can you test the RTZ of the Regulate mount? I have one and I found it to not be super-reliable on the RTZ. It works great, otherwise, and I have a mini-dot like you as well, but if you run a longer top rail, you have to remove the whole mount to get the cover off to clean the rifle, so I was a little disappointed in that.

But maybe mine mount was made on a Monday, so that's why I'm curious to hear your experience.
