Precision Armament AFAB-Mini (older photo, before much use on this sample)
I really thought this hybrid device would see broader adoption, but I don't see much of it around here. I did notice that the newest AFABs are cut differently at the top, likely intended to provide a greater downward pressure.Last edited by RiverRat; 24 December 2015 at 13:23.

Are you sure it's not 180 degrees off? I thought the non-vented part faced down. Not like it makes a difference, I guess.

I tried orienting it differently during installation but it only threads on one way and that was how it ligned up with proper torque. To flip it 180 would be way over torqued.
