Those are KAC sights.

KAC PN 99051 MK12/MK18 front sight and maybe a KAC Micro 200-600M rear. I have those on a rifle, they are very nice but a little heavy for backups.

I have those exact sights, the MK18 fronts and 600m Rears. Very low profile, but if you're going to spend $300 for BUIS, the cost benefit is not there for most.
