bumming, M4 upper,new
it looks like the upper picatinny deck was milled with a bow in it,slight as it may be, its enough to offset my carry handle to the right about .250" we are gonna try to retorque the bbl and hope this fixes it.any and all suggestions are welcomed.

Return it to the manufactuer.

If its not correct, send it back and contact the manufacturer so they can prevent the issue from happening again.

I wouldn't try to fix a mechanical defect by adjusting another part. Send it back and let the mfr fix it/replace it.
