    New to the Forum

    Hello all. My name is David, i'm new to the forum. I've been shooting for a while but finally purchased my own AR-15 last week. I bought a Stag Arms Model 3. Money is tight so i'll have to wait til after the holidays to buy back up sights, optics etc. I look forward to collecting a wealth of knowledge from everyone and sharing what I can.

    Welcome. If I may, for both better understanding of the platform as well as further ease on your wallet I'd suggest only getting iron sights to begin with. Ability to shoot with iron sights is a skill that is often overlooked once you get into optics, because they do most of the work for you.
