Unfortunately, I don't own any complete Centurion Uppers. May end up having them build me a MK12 Mod1 Upper unless I decide on the Mod 0 from PRI.

Just go with Monty's Mod 1. It's pretty fantastic.

I have no doubt. The only thing is I like the looks of the Mod 0 vs the Mod 1. Something about that PRI Handguard.

PRI uses the Douglas barrel but I'm sure Monty's upper shoots just as well. Man those uppers are pricey either way.

On a more serious note, a buddy that I would shoot with all the time before he separated and moved had a BCM version of a MOD 0. It shot lights out and he pimped it out by painting it and turning it into a pretty close Lone Survivor clone (until he realized how much nicer optics choices are that are out there). But it was heavier than the MOD 1 (if that matters) and I just liked the look of my MOD 1 better. But that's the beauty of this hobby, right? Build it your way!

I thought Monty's barrels were Douglas, as well, but maybe I'm mistaken. I know the HCS barrels are. Either way, they're damn fun to shoot...as long as you don't have to move with them. That's why I built my Mini Recce!

I thought Centurion's MK12's were build from Centurion's CHF barrels, which are shooters of course, and then moved briefly to Douglas barrels and then back to Centurion barrels. I could be wrong. I know Stick's Mk12 Mod 1 upper shoots lights out.

I should just get both.

I keep going back and forth, both are shooters and both are sexy. I was going to go with the BCM option at one point as well, but it looks like from the website they stopped offering (at least on the drop menus) the OPS Collar

You and Stick would certainly have more inside info than I. I thought, at the time I bought my MK12 upper, my barrel was a 416 barrel. After looking through his website, it looks like they're still stainless. Even so, my 12.5" CHF C-barrel is pretty spectacular, so I figure you can't lose.

I didn't realize he was selling complete rifles now. I'm sure retirement has made that process a little easier to manage. When I bought mine, it was uppers-only. I don't "need" one, but a CA lower would be cool to have to match the upper.
