What Buffer weight do you use? Any issues with it cycling hard or acting finicky with the PDW stock?

This. I haven't had it all together until now. Hitting the range this weekend again

Heh... I think all 308's need a can. Keeps them manageable.

I have a similar type of 3 port brake on a Rainier 308, I haven't shot it yet, since I want to keep my teeth.

I need to shoot it more. I've only shot it twice and it didn't seem that bad. *shrug*

I do have a 4 prong flash hider I may stick on it.

308 out of a 16" barrel is pretty loud no matter which muzzle device you use. The flash hider will reduce the concussion for those around you, but you'll have more recoil. Behind the gun, a brake has never bothered me with concussion, and the reduced recoil is certainly helpful for long distance.

This 338LM parked next to me at the range last weekend. I took a break...due to the brake...
