Speak softly and carry a big stick..... or be obnoxiously loud and carry a short one.

Just built up an upper for a good buddy of mine.

    Rainier Arms Match 16" Barrel
    Rainier Arms RAC
    Rainier Arms FORCE Rail Gen2
    Rainier Arms Phosphate BCG
    Rainier Arms Match Gas Block
    Joe Bob Outfitters Forged Upper
    Milspec Charging Handle

    Still needs a Forward Assist.

Thank you. As of now, i'm thinking it'll be a Mega billet upper, Noveske 16" CHF barrel, and a Noveske 13.5" NQR (huge thanks to UW for selling me the rail!). I was hoping Battle Arms would do a forged upper, but it looks like they're focusing on launching their new ultralight billet stuff.

I had emailed BAD earlier about which forged uppers are a more consistent match to the BAD-15. They're response was the Mega or the Rainier Gen 2 which is made by Mega.

Good to know, thanks! The Mega billet upper i have matches the BAD-15 almost exactly as far as color goes, but it has a very flat, lusterless finish where the BAD-15 has a bit of sheen to it. Splitting hairs, but still a noticeable difference. I might have to head down to Rainier Arms and see what their upper looks like on the BAD-15.

According to Ben at www.AR15NEWS.com most of the advertising pics of the BAD-15 have been with the Rainier Arms Gen 2 forged.
