Another of the bike, experimenting with "How to" on tilt shift style shots:

Panoramic shot of a storm rolling in over a Kansas cattle field. It was actually taken with my cell phone. Some awesome shots in here guys, I really only know how to shoot firearm photography so seeing some of these other shots is sweetness.

After almost 30 years of laying in a drawer, I had the watch I wore in the Navy (late 60's early 70's) completely restored. The gentleman did a great job.

That tilt shift picture of the bike is gorgeous GriffonSec. I don't know how far you want to take the picture in post but it could potentially benefit from adding a few more of those little motes of light in the background to extend the surreality of the picture.

I know its going to be hard to believe, but I took this picture with an iphone. Its the LIB of LIBERTY on the heads side of a dime. I cannibalized an old CD drive for the laser lens and mounted it to the iphone for extreme macro closeups.

I'm thinking about building a little adjustable platform for the phone so I can get more consistent and clear results. The thing is like a freakin' microscope.

Great lighting in that shot Jerry. What surface do you use to attain that reflection?

This is a picture of cushion foam. (relatively high density stuff) It was taken with the same method and equipment I used to get the macro shot of the dime above.


If you think the image quality is bad, just consider the fact that there exists no sewing needle thin enough to fit through that hole.

Thanks. The backdrop is black cloth and I have a 12x24 piece of clear plexiglass that the camera is sitting on. The cloth is draped and runs under the plexiglass.
