    That's one of my favorite places to kayak. I try to make there at least once a year. It might be the prettiest place I dip a paddle. Its definitely in the top three.

    Ill jump on the paddling bandwagon: My wife and I kayaking in Orca Bay, Ketchikan Alaska. They get 150"+ of rain each year and average summer high temp is like 62, IIRC

    That's what got me hooked on Yaks. Doing the tourist Kayaking thing near Mendenhall Glacier outside of Juneau, AK. with my wife.

    ok... kayaks are fun, but this is my mode of transportation these days (used to kayak a ton)

    Yep, freedom boner! Awesome pics Swissy. I get to see quite a few bald eagles here along the river when I'm fishing, but never this many in one spot. Also a lot of osprey.
