I know it's not exactly new since everyone is doing it now, but I still like doing it...

Cool shot of The Peter Iredale. I was there a few weeks ago. The tide was coming in and the sun was going down when i was there, so i didn't quite get the shots i wanted.

I don't usually swing up that far North in OR when we head down there but we had to head through Astoria one day so I figured why not. Same trip we ended up seeing that piece of dock which washed up from Japan. Hard part with some of these places is getting photos without random people in them.

And if trying to photograph certain places without random people in your shot isn't difficult enough, there are always those jokers who intentionally try and photobomb you.

Yeah, he's going to be a big boy. There were only the three pups in his litter, so they'll end up a bit larger than his parents. They both came from large litters (his dad was from a litter of 10), so they're a little smaller. Sam's dad, Ben, weighed about 5 pounds at a little over 6 weeks old. Sam is at 7.2 pounds at 5 weeks (his sisters are at 6.9 and 6.2 pounds). Ben and Grace (their mama) are both right about 42-43 pounds. I'm going to guess Sam will end up somewhere around 50ish pounds. He's a little hoss for sure though.

You can see one of his double dew-claws there. :)

Here's a pretty good shot of the moon last night. I'm super happy for offhand with 300mm zoom lens.

They're Original Mountain Curs. They're great dogs. :)

This is a preview video of a dvd I have about hunting with Mountain Curs. The music is a little obnoxious, but it's a fun watch.

Video reminded me of going squirrel hunting with my pa' back in the day lol… I never had the stomach for it, but I swear his favorite meal was scrambled eggs with squirrel brains… Apparently it's terrible for you, but it was 92' who knew?

Cools dogs, good luck potty training that beast
