70-200 with a magnifier is one way to go but it's going to mess with your f-stop too. For example a f2.8 would only be able to go as low as f5.6 on a 2x magnifier if I remember correctly. Once you get into the bigger glass like the 300's and such they sure are nice and for the price they better be!! Buckeye I'm jealous of that shot brother!

Wow CS, that's some top notch work there. I'm not even a bourbon drinker, but that makes me thirsty just looking at it.

Excellent photo CS! Others may do it for a living but you would fool anyone who didn't know otherwise. I never understood how much work went into product photography until I started trying it...

Clearly neither of you have tried the Angel's Envy port barrel finished bourbon. Best I've ever tasted.

I'm more of a scotch drinker myself, but I'm a fan of anything whisky (or whiskey) and have been trying more bourbons lately. Willett Pot Still Reserve is a favorite bourbon of mine, as are other Willett bourbons I've had. I also enjoy Blanton's. I'll usually use Maker's Mark for mixed drinks requiring bourbon. I mix a pretty mean Manhattan. It's mostly Marker's with a dash of bitters, the I wave the bottle of sweet vermouth over the glass.
