I should be around for about three months and I'm definitely down for a fun shoot as long as work allows.

Me too. But most of the places I'd want to go, I wouldn't venture into without body armor and OCing a rifle and a sidearm.
Having been the target of attempted carjacking and a shooting in public places in that area make think twice about visiting the abandoned places.

Unfortunately I don't have good access to this building anymore. I'm going to have to find others now.

Funny (okay not REALLY funny) that you say that. I've been watching for a fairly secluded area of the Rouge that I can get down into for some super cool shots of me or someone I can convince to come with me walking down the Rouge alone with armor and a slung rifle. Sort of EOTWAWKI or post apocalyptic style shots.

I have a couple of strobes with small (8x12) soft boxes on them I use for rim lights. Was sucking a second margarita on the lanai and decided to put one on the hot shoe and shoot the dog.

Well, it looked like The Wrinkle Ranch was having a Regatta this morning, so I took a few shots of the boats. Some pretty nice RC sail boats. The fin keels were about 12 inches and the sails were between two and three feet tall.
