Alamo, how about something really mundane on the outside, but cool on the inside? Not saying a guitar or fiddle case is the way to go, but you see more of those downtown than the Noveske, or Eberlestock version of the non-tactical bags.

For instance, add some nomex lining for quick pack-up without having to wait for the barrel to cool down. An expandable (pleat) external pouch, a couple velcro attachments to secure the barrel and some thin, high density padding, maybe some inside pouches would make this my even more go-to rifle bag.

Oh, and D rings for a detachable, padded shoulder sling.



That satchel almost always totes my sidearms when I go shooting. Plenty of room for a couple pistols, spare mags, holsters even and of course, ammo. What else do you need?\
