Okay, just the Reader's Digest version ......

Bought the S&W 625 in 1989. Sold it to a business acquaintance in 1993 that lived in Boston. Seller's remorse in 1993.

Over the last year I have been looking for a replacement - nice ones selling too high.

A couple of weeks ago I was talking with a mutual friend of the buyer. The buyer's name came up. And, "Oh, he retired and moved to Atlanta. Here's his phone number." I called and had an "Old Times" conversation, then asked about the Smith. "Yeah, Jerry I put it in the factory box, put that in the safe and never shot it."

We had lunch, he brought it with him. I made a fair offer and he accepted. So now I have "my" 625 back
