Here's my Citadel - it's not as fancy as some of yours but it does the job well. I traded my SKS for it straight across. The black mother of pearl grips that I put on it were made by a retired Marine in Georgia.

An updated picture of my Ruger. I recently undercut the trigger guard and hand checkered the front strap.

I still have a little cleaning up to do but I needed it back together for a match.
My other "project gun" wasn't running right.
I will get some pictures posted of that one after a little more work.

Thanks. I took the same pictures of my Glock 19. Those turned out good as well, but not nearly as good as the 1911.

Did you do the checkering and stuff yourself? how long?

Also looks like you filed, milled or something the flats on the side of the slide...

I've done all the work on this. Bobtail, new sights, milled all the roll marks off, chamfers on the bottom of the slide, ball cuts in Front of the dust cover, cleaned up the slide/frame overhang and cleaned up the grip safety fit a little bit. The most recently the trigger guard undercut and checkering.
The checker took about 7 hours. I have to go back and deeper a few lines.
This is the first real gun I've checkered. Before this only caspian "practice" frames.
