I saw Jerry and a couple other guys had this and have been wanting something like this forever. Ordered Thursday in a post-op shopping haze (dangerous for bank account!), got it today. Felt well enough to slap it on, but I had maxillary sinus surgery, so firing probably wouldn't be such a brainy idea!



Edit: There's so much win in the pic, its like Trump's first 100 days! (Dodges rotten food)... It's the Cloud Defense switch clamp.

I like my Cloud Defensive LCS's so far, but I'm still skeptical of a $60 switch holder for a light that costs $95

They make them for your $300 lights, too. I still think Will could come up with something a little lower profile, maybe recessed M-Lok attachment, and narrow enough to sit on the 45 degree slots.

Like I said, I already have 3 for Scout Lights, but the long term viability of products like this... I don't know.

Surefire stopped including ST07 tape switches and UE Tail caps with Scoutlights. So for Surefire owners, not only do you have to buy a scout light, now you have to pay for a switch and cap, plus the Cloud Defensive LCS. That ends up being just as much as the light, much like the Streamlight.

I can see guys maybe buying one, but hard to light up the market without getting people to buy multiples. This needs to come down to $30-40

Yessir. On loan. Though I *really* like this ALFA rail. Might need one.
Also, the Transformer rails. They look good. Not a fan of the new nut and rail attachment, personally.
