Just finished my Northtech Defense build.

Took a little while due to waiting on parts and the actually cerakote process which I did myself. I also created the Kryptek stencils and die cut them so if anyone is looking for stencils let me know! It's not for everyone!

    Here's the parts list:
    Upper:
    Northtech Defense Billet Receiver
    Northtect Ti-Fang Titanium Forward Assist
    Seekins 15" SP3R Mod Rail
    JuggerBrake Muzzle
    CIV Tactical 16" barrel
    YHM Gas Block
    Seekins Gas Tube
Vertex Ops Smooth aluminum Ejection Port Door
    WMD NiB BCG
    Rainier Arms "Raptor" Charging Handle
Fortis SHIFT Forward Grip with Strike Industries 9 Slot Keymod Rail Attachment

    Lower:
    Northtech Defense Billet Lower
    Umbrella Corp Grip
    Spikes Tactical Buffer Tube
Spikes Tactical T2 Buffer and Spring
    BAD Safety Levers
    BAD Enhanced Take Down Pins
    KNS ST Anti-Walk Pins
    ALG Defense Combat Trigger
    Seekins Billet Mag Button
    Magpul ACS Stock
Phase 5 Tactical Ambi Bolt Release

I did all the Cerakote, stencils as well as the complete build. It's definitely not for everyone but I wanted to do something different as far as a color scheme. I used a 50/50 mix ratio of Tungsten Grey and Armor Black. Base is Armor Black, Crimson Red accents and the "Dark Tungsten" final coat.
Alot of blood, sweat and tears as well as cash went into this build and I am certainly proud of it!

As I mentioned on IG this rifle turned out really nice. I have been back and forth on a kryptek cerakote job but I am not artistic enough to do it myself. I keep flirting with maybe a black, blue titanium combo but the idea of waiting on them to get back from some place would be an awful feeling to have for that long lol.

What happened was, I had to approve the post since the OP was a new member with no previous posts. After I approved it, he edited the post, so I had to approve it again, but by that time you guys had commented in the thread, so it looked like it had disappeared.

I took out the photos in the last response from the OP to clean up the thread a little. Hope you don't mind.

    Thanks.

Crazy colors! I saw your build on the WEVO facebook page. I wonder how much you have wrapped up in this gun! Not for everyone, but you must get noticed on the range.

I like it. Where'd you get the smooth sided dust cover? Or was it part of the NTD receiver?
It's difficult to soar with eagles, when you work with turkeys...

That looks like a v7 ejection port cover. I know they make a smooth one.
    Just a regular guy.
