After the rush is processed it should be smooth sailing. May tempt me to make another purchase. But that last minute dump of applications on the ATF may have us seeing approvals from the same submission dates for weeks or not months.

Thankfully I pushed my last minute Form 4's in before the Silencer Shop 2 Million Dollar submissions. I think 2 others were last minute Form 1's, so I'm not worried about that as Form 1's seem to be moving at 30-45 days faster than their Form 4 counterparts.

Then we have form 1s and form 4s going into the same process as 41f also eliminated efiling, likely slowing the process even more.

0 days would be hugely preferable to 288... Just sayin'.

No doubt about it. But it is what it is. Hopefully the HPA will pass and makes that a reality. And stretching that hope out into fantasy land, maybe even repeal the NFA. But as the saying goes, hope in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills up faster.

I've got 6 stamps around the June 6th (check cashed) time frame to July 1st.

I was guessing 9 months, so looks like that's right on track. I'm hoping because of the lack of submissions after 41F rush, post 41F applications will move much faster.

I've got several Form 1s i'm waiting to file until things settle down a bit. I figure the time spent waiting will be about the same whether i submit them now or wait for the 41P dust to settle, so i might as well keep all that tax stamp money in my pocket instead of giving it to the government to hold on to.

Good update though, I submitted 2 on July 10th, so getting closer to my last efiles!

I feel your pain. A few years ago I waited 308 days for a Surefire Can. Then on another SF can the Form 3 got lost, screwed up, ect... waited over a YEAR for a Form 3 to be fixed and then go through. At least the ATF expedited by Form 4 in 90 days after that.

A Griffin M4SDK. My local dealer didn't receive it until Jan. 12th. He has to tease me with a photo text.

I've seen a few first week of July submissions coming back, so it's looking promising for all the pre-41F forms to get done soon.
