Usually with a refile, though, they've already done the leg work, so when you refile, they're just making sure the admin part that you may have messed up (or that they perceive is messed up) has been corrected. This assumes you contact someone about the refile (which I think you said you did). It seems Mr. Clutter is the go-to guy if you refile, and he turns them around very quickly like yours.

E-Form 1s are definitely taking longer than last summer. My latest was submitted Jan 24 and approved March 16. The one I did last August was less than 3 weeks, by comparison.

I got two eForm 1s approved today. 50 days from submission to approval. Definitely a bit longer than my last eForm 1, but overall not bad. I'll take a 50 day wait to nine months anytime.

I finally got home from work and just finished downloading my approved forms (i couldn't view them on my phone for some reason). Despite being signed by an examiner and checked APPROVED, there is still a large "DRAFT" watermark on one of my forms. Kind of annoying. I hope the ATF is quick to send a corrected form, as i'd like to shoot this gun over the weekend.
UPDATE: I sent an email late in the day on 03-20-15, and as of tonight, 03-21-15, my form has been corrected and is good to go!Last edited by Deadwing; 21 March 2015 at 23:44. Reason: updated info
