Check cashed to approval date WITH an error correction form... 51 days. Is that a record for an individual paper form?

Just read on M4c where some lucky fella got his 9.25 eForm/Trust form 1 back already (!!!!) I'm August 30th (Accepted and CC billed), and praying I'm getting close, but not holding my breath yet!

Naturally, the outage page is up and going strong!

Submitted Form 1 Trust 6/30. Still pending. At least they said there are no errors. First time I bothered calling them, kind of rude. Its like talking to DMV. Jeez relax people.

Is it the Form 1 or the trust part thats making it run so far behind? I just had a Form 4 (individual) check cashed, problem form, stamp to dealer in 51 days

Trust... everyone jumped on the trust bandwagon, including myself, last year. The amount of form 1's by individual vs trust is considerably less...

How long does it average to go pending with a trust/form 1?

The only reason that I went with the trust is because of the stupid universal background check law that passed in OR. So while not all the firearms will be NFA, all of the firearms will be in the trust. I think then I don't have to worry about the family members in the trust using the firearms.

Their recording pretty much says not to bother them unless its been 5 months.

I called them at 3 months for can 1, and while I had them on the line, they gave me the info for can 2. It took them only seconds to give me the pending date. So I say put your tax stamp dollars to work, and give them a ring. I'll call them next month when it hits three months pending for Mr. Omega.
