Now if the dealer I went through stays on the ball....they had it almost 2 months before I found out the Form 3 had cleared to them by calling. "Oh, we didn't call you? Gee...I coulda swore we did..."

    Griffon Checkmate QD:

Form 3 transferred from Silencer Shop to LGS 3/31/16
    Still pending.

Dealing with Silencer Shop is lightyears beyond good stuff. I should have gotten the TM Poseidon through them too...
Thompson Machine Stamp at dealer 5/20/16!

Why so insanely long for that one, Jerry? Are you flagged or something? I was considering using a "Powered by" shop, but it doesn't appear the service is worth that kind of wait. They should sell insurance policies to boot!

You know, I wonder if it's a rookie. Don't forget, it said approved, but at 9.1", not 9.2". Maybe that was the hiccup?

By the way, my examiner wasn't Yvette.....it's actually illegible, but starts with an "M".

Not sure. Actually approved rather quickly once it was submitted the second time. SOT forgot to sign the first attempt - lost six weeks. NFA Tracking does not show Yvette as an examiner, I think she may be new. If anyone else has her for an examiner, please chime in. But it appears to have sat in her outbox for a few weeks before going to the mail room. SOT submitted the paperwork with "Overall Length" at 9.2". She approved it with a condition - "Overall Length" at 9.1". I have no idea why there would be a difference between her opinion and the SOT's opinion. The AAC Web site shows it at 9.0"

I don't think I am flagged, this was NFA number nine; ten is the 308 SBR. Maybe they think I have too many ... and I had an FFL for 27 years. Anyway, can in hand. That's all that matters.

And it begins again. I told myself, if the Revolution 45 is in stock before July 7th, I'll jump. If not, it was never meant to be.
Jumped on the Griffin Armament Revolution 45 from the Silencer Shop 6/3/2016

Just submitted what will probably be my last F1. It only took 10 attempts and I had to go from IE over to Safari. I always enjoy the "Error, unable to submit NULL blah....." followed by "Submitted successfully."

Not planning on anymore after 41F?

I'm going to sneak in 6 more F1's before the deadline.

.. depending on if CMT gives me a serial for one of those new 9mm sets.
