Very nice. Looks similar ergonomically to the p30, which IMO is the most comfortable handgun to hold. Never shot one though.

My interest is piqued. I want to hold one. Then stipple it.

Interesting. Expect a slew of comparisons with the Walther PPQ,

I'll render judgement on it once I get my hands on one and/or see a comprehensive review on it. I read somewhere it would be in the $750 price range, but I only saw that on one site, and I frankly don't recall where. What I don't like about HKs are the price of admission and for spare mags. You pay for great quality though.

Joe from Dakota Tactical said they are priced at around $719.

LOL... this sums up a lot of people's opinion on HK's

Since the pistol will MSRP for $719, It will probably be mid to low $600's for a street price. Since it also uses existing P30 magazines, I will probably try one out. Like many have pointed out already, it seems like the entry fee for HK's are pretty high, so hopefully this one breaks that mold a bit. I'm actually looking forward to the P30SK this summer.

If HK goes back to their old (lower) pricing model, would that translate to a return of lower sales numbers or have they built-up enough credibility over the past ~decade to maintain current sales figures?
