Looks like its good to somewhat live in Washington DC. I'm sure you've heard about this, but in case you haven't:

Federal judge rules DC ban on gun carry rights unconstitutional

In other words, the Court ruled that the ban on carrying outside the home unconstitutional.

... unfortunately something tells me it wont be as clear cut as this when the dust settles.

Sad part is, Unless you are registered it's still illegal to possess ammo in the confines of DC.

Yep. It also looks like they hit a snafu. Apparently the judge is holding his ruling for 90 days. .. so until then ...
