Thanks UW, yep still waitin. It's killin me im ready to shoot! There's quite a few of the 16'' scout profiles getting out there now, some of their independent tests are showing some nice numbers, 90gr 2560fps, 110 2500fps, all the way up to 120gr 2226fps just to through out a few and it's still early yet.

I'm headed to the 68forums southeast shoot near Alto, GA the 6th so MDWS contacted me to let know it's gonna be really close on getting my barrel in time for the shoot. So he offered to send me his 8.2'' complete upper on loan to take to the shoot and develop loads until I get my barrel. I've only taken it out one time but so far I'm really impressed. Done a quick ballistic test that I wanted to share. 90gr Gold Dot at 100yds 8.2'' barrel. Slug still weighed 85.7grs

Here's the little 8'' Wolvie I been sent for testing. I tell ya what guys, this thing is impressive, possibly the best combo of things I'm looking for in a ARpistol. Shoots like a 5.56 and hits like a bull.

How reliably does she feed with PMags?

UW she feeds great, not a single hiccup after about 100rnds so far. I even loaded some 110 Barnes TSX long and just knew they were gone give me trouble but didn't. Also noticed even light loads will cycle good, only one set didn't lock back after last round but these were really early in some load development. So far reliability gets the thumbs up for dependable.

Just got back from the 68Forums Southeast shoot in north Ga this weekend and it was a blast. The 8.2 Wolvie demo I took performed great and put a lot of smiles on some faces. Another member, that I recently found out is also a member here brought a 16'' scout Wolverine that he actually won the 100yd free arm one shot challenge to take home a new 16'' ARP 6.8 barrel. I competed with my 6.8 since it was open to the long guns only and got beat by the Wolvie ( by only inches in my defense) and was 3rd out of 14. I also came in third in the 3gun shoot with a borrowed Glock and completely skipped a shotgun target for a 5 sec. deduction. The WLV ate up the steel at 100yds from prone and off hand, prone I was able to put rounds on a 3'' pink steel deemed the pink lady at will, wrapped it around the beam. We got some good vids and pics comin, hopefully I get us some links soon. Now to send the 8'' upper back home so maybe we can get back on track with the 10.5'' barrel.

Not from the forum shoot( still working on those ) but a lid vid I put together since I've had the upper to show off what even the shortest meanest version can do. Woman in vid is 4' 11'' 105 lbs. non-shooter.
