Last time I checked in with CMT, they weren't sure if they were actually going to do another run of them. If they did, it would be quite awhile, depending on how much free machine time they had.

Rainier sent me message saying they were on order with no eta . This will definitely put a wrench in my plans as I'm building an sbr around that upper

That southpaw upper is a piece that should be in their regular rotation. I'm not a devil handed, but that's the best looking left handed upper I've seen.
