When Stick and I were contacted by manufacturers for his giveaway, we ran into these guys at Right to Bear Arms & Ammo Supply. They specialize in Nickel Teflon Coated AR15 parts. They sent us blems as requested, but we were hard pressed to find the blems in these uppers. Compared to one of my other uppers I had Nickel Teflon coated, these were much better. The coating was applied evenly and finish was of high quality. Check out Right to Bear Arms & Ammo on their Facebook page here, or their website: http://www.righttobear.com/

Description:

Electroless Nickel Teflon has continually proven to outperform traditional anodizing and phosphate coating by leaps and bounds! The increased reliability, corrosion resistance and ease of maintenance makes this upgrade a no-brainer decision.

Specifications:

- Forged & Machined by Cerro Forge (Key Hole)
- Machined from Mil-Spec 7075-T6 Forging
- M4 Feed Ramps
- Proprietary Electroless Nickel Teflon Finish
- 100% Lifetime Warranty
- Every single unit is physically inspected

Benefits:

Run It Longer and Harder: Lubrication optional. IF you decide to use lube you won't notice when it dries up. The natural lubricity of Nickel Teflon has a much lower coefficient than even phosphate treated steel with lube applied.

Lubricity & Wear Resistance: Lubricity plays an essential role in optimizing wear resistance and longevity. Nickel Teflon has a 0.1 Coefficient of Friction (COF) creating a surface more slick than anodizing, Hard Chrome, or even Nickel Boron.

Longevity: Has a Hardness of Rockwell 45-50. Guaranteed not to peel or flake.

Ease of Maintenance: No scrubbing required. Carbon fouling literally just wipes off with a rag.

Corrosion Resistance: We apply a proprietary Electroless Nickel substrate with a higher than average phosphorus content, giving the coating a barrier that's practically impenetrable by corrosion. This method is much more expensive, therefore not many suppliers take the extra step.
