    Trust notary issue

I took my trust docs be notarized and when I got home I found that I had not taken the certification of trust docs with me. Only the declaration was completed. Any body have any idea if it would be an issue if the signature and notary dates are different on the certification and the declaration, or should I just scrap the whole thing and start over so everything matches? Thanks!

As long as both documents GET notarized then there shouldn't be a problem if they were done on different days. I'd just take the certification of trust docs docs down to be notarized also then send them all in.

Thanks for the response. After thinking about it for a while I guess the only thing the notary is doing is certifying they witnessed the signatures.

    It won't make a difference.

Like you said, the notary is there just to witness your signature.

A notary is a notary. He/she is an impartial witness to your signature and identity. Each page could be certified by a separate notary and legally it is fine.
