I'm hoping for a holographic sight with great battery life and manual controls. But thats probably asking for to much.

Wonder how long it will be before Leupold releases some tidbits about the LCO? I hope we don't have to wait till SHOT. I also wonder if I'm in trouble with Browcs for using the word tidbits?

Trying to find more out, but I have been told it features a etched reticle with a red dot powered by 1xCR123 battery.
Yeah you read that right.....etched, so it works without the battery to.

Someone showed an example of the reticle on another board. Looks a bit busy to me and they said Leupold hasn't given anyone a timeline. Guess we'll just have to wait.

So I've slowly become more and more interested in what this optic might be and in a quest to find out, I stumbled across this blog post: Long story short it looks like Leupold might be trying to make an updated version of the optic found on the PS90

So far I've seen enough youtube videos and read enough wikipedia to make myself sound dumb on the subject of light collimation.
