On this Veterans Day...
I thank all my fellow veterans for their service and protection of Freedom. I thank their families also.
Freedom is NEVER Free. We have to work to protect it and even be willing to die to protect it.

though I am a veteran... I still want to thank all my bothers and sisters for continuing to protect our freedom
My only fear is that when I die.... my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them!!!!

Thank you to all our service men an women.
Veteran's Day always makes me think of my Great Grandpa. I can't believe it's been six years already.

Veterans Day is a bit special to me. I thank my brothers and sisters for having put their very lives on the line too.

My dad is a Vietnam vet, an Army aviator turned intel officer. I went yesterday to a local middle school where he was invited to give the guest speech during their Veterans Day assembly.
The students usually invite family members who are vets or active service members. One in particular, an older Army vet, was the son of Carl K. Brown, an original member of the Chennault's Flying Tigers during WWII. He even had his dad's original silk blood chit he carried...you could even see the sweat stains from being inside his uniform
