Nothing better than a standard charging handle IMO.

Except if you're running glass or competing and need to be able to do things weak or strong side. There are all kinds of benefits to an ambi when you know how to properly employ them.

I was speaking about the Mega billet handles they have offered for years. They are no improvement over a standard handle IMO.

Being a lefty the Ambi handles are pretty much a must have after using one.

If you're a lefty you'll want an Ambi unless you like swapping hands constantly. It will be one of the best investments you make in your AR as a left handed shooter.

So do you think the BCM Mod 44 is good? It seems to be the most reasonably priced Ambi handle,

I have the BCM's, Raptor's and a few old Badger ones. The BCM works as well as the Raptor but it seems most people prefer the looks of the Raptor. The Badger ones have a huge latch on the right side that seems to always snag on something.

I've used both the Raptor and the BCM in comps and my only issue with the BCM is it has pinch points which I've never had an issue on the Raptor.

The Raptor, but I've never seen one cheaper than the BCM even when on-sale. Now I have to ask where are you looking on-line since I'm concerned about how much you think the BCM Ambi should cost.

IMO the Raptor, but that's just an opinion. If you wait and watch I see the Raptors pop up several times a year at different sites for $69.99

The Raptor looks good, but, with the price of the new Mega rumored to be $40, I will have wait and see the reviews, before purchasing anything.
