Mustangfreek is right, a shorter mount would probably work better. Looks like if you are right handed using a light mount that tall with momentary switched light, that some of your hand may be in your sight picture. Do you have that issue with it setup like that JHoward?

It's doable, but not the most comfortable. I probably won't run anything like this. I really like the Insight M3 that I usually run on it. I only got the mount for this T&E.

Just wanna check in... I've had the magpod for a week and a half. Have had a few chances to do some testing.. but the way the weather was I couldn't stay out long (-34)... This week looks a lot better.

I would definitely be in for a long term review. I don't know if I'll be able to send the mount with the light with it goes to the next reviewer though.
