Thank you UWone77, I was refering to WMDs matte finish. I'm leaning more towards the Fathom, but the deals tend to sway me. Its unfortunately not for me since NY state stripped that right away. So many decisions... Life's tough

Not sure if it sways you but the Fail Zero is a semi auto BCG not the full.

I have the Ares Armor NiB in my NTD build. Got about 800 rounds in it so far. Besides the initial treatment all I have done is wipe it off with a cleaning cloth still have not re-applied any lube to it. When I got it I inspected it pretty good. Nice even finish all around and the gas key was properly staked. I have had zero issues with the BCG to this date.

Even in non-sales times it pays to call them. I think I saved $100 by phone on an Acog. Don't ask, don't get.

I did the online chat with them yesterday. Was thinking about buying another Aimpoint using 11% off and a giftcard I had for $40. However, the giftcard would not work because I had previously used it on an order they cancelled, so I assumed it should be good. Apparently, they can't reload giftcards and I have to call them to manually enter my credit.
