Peltor 3.5mm Headphone Jack Mod

If you have a set of Pletor electronic ear pro with the two prong 3M listen only plug, this mod is for you. I occasionally want to listen to my music while I mow the yard, or while I sit in a tree stand. Problem is that I'm such a tight wad and I don't want to shell out the cash for a proprietary cord. I have several 3.5mm cords lying around for my truck and other devices, lets use them.

All you need is a 3.5 mm stereo phone jack from Radio Shack. These come in pairs for a little over $3. Part number 274-0249. You'll also need a soldering iron and hot glue. Pictures are worth a thousand words, so take a look. Just let me know if you have any questions.
