    Looked at my neighbors P....Mags.

    First impressions...

    - All plastic. Glock mags are steel lined.
    - Plastic feed lips. Glock mags have steel feed lips.
    - No capacity indicators on the back. Only a single small window on each side that shows when it's loaded to capacity (17). Glock has holes on the back to show exactly how many are loaded.
    - Noticeably lighter. GL9 mag weighs 51 grams (1.80 ounces), Glock mag weighs 78 grams (2.75 ounces).
    - No obvious indication that it's a 9mm mag. Assuming Magpul expands its line to other calibers (like .40 S&W), you'll need to mark your mags to keep them separate.

Neighbor wrote a review for Midway basically saying the same thing. Neither of us would carry these mags. I don't carry a G17 anyway, & carry a 19 daily, but you get the point. These will be practice/competition mags only.

For the cost, I'll stick with OE Glock mags

On FB, Magpul said they're doing a 15 rd version; same MSRP.

Well, you get what you pay for I suppose.

Although, I would like to see a comparison between this and ETS's version. They seem practically the same, except one is translucent obviously.

No, it's not a screw, just a notch keeping the base plate on.

11B, you're spot on. The way I look at it, the price point is much lower, most of my Glock Mags have been $20-25 and these can be had for less than $15. I'm sure with long term testing we'll see if these are up to snuff. I'm sure if they are like the PMags, they'll be fine, but for now, they won't replace my duty factory Glock Mags.

Nope. Part of the reason as to why it's probably cheaper than OEM mags.
