MEGA Arms MML
The M-LOK version of the MKM. It will come in 5 lengths, the Maten will come in 3.

I'm sure we all could have seen it coming though; with Magpul releasing it and companies starting to slowly build up with it in the last 2 quarters of the year. And from what it seems, MLOK looks like its here to say.
Is there anything you don't want to try [and subsequently photograph]? haha

I wonder if the rail will be available as a stand alone item. It would be a cost effective way for folks with a MKM upper to try out the M-LOK system, or change to a longer or shorter rail without tearing the upper completely apart. I don't recall seeing MKM rails for sale on their own, so the answer is probably no, unfortunately.

I don't see the weight on these. Gotta be lighter than the Vltor VIS piggy.

If they're hand-fitting each set, i can see that. But with the tolerances that CNC machines can hold, hand-fitting seems like overkill.
I don't know what specific weights are, but my 14" MKM upper is noticeably lighter than my rifle length VIS.

This getting the 12.5" mid length? No secret Mega is my favorite manufacturer. Even when they come up with some BS about tolerances too tight on a handguard to sell replacements. They still fit perfectly after Cerakote so you know that is crazy talk.

I think Mega would make a killing if they sold separate "sleeves" to the MML/MKM Line. I know they said they wouldn't because anodizing has different variances between batches, BUT...
Anyhow, yes, this is getting the 12.5" UltraMatch Middy. Right now, it's at the smith to get the gas block pinned. Hoping to shoot it by the end of the week-ish. Having thought about it for a few, I should have used the extra Syrac Adjustable GB on my desk, but I guess I can just throw it on the 16" Rifle Length.
