    Rainier Arms Limited Edition Sphinx

When we were at the IWA show in Germany, we had a meeting with Sphinx to do a limited run of these full size pistols fully customized for Rainier customers. This won't be for most folks but those who love extremely custom pistols with a unique serial number and totally unique Rainier design these will be awesome. Estimated price $3,000.

Seems like a pretty reasonable price, no sarcasm.

I would definately be interested in seeing that in person. I'm curious to know if the entire pistol has seen that much attention to detail, or if its just the outside that got worked on.

I'll give you, the scroll work engraving is a *bit* over the top

But don't discount Sphinx pistols. Not a household name here in the states, but they've be slaying competitions globally for awhile.

I have shot the AT-2000 and they are very nice pistols. A slight bit overpriced IMO. Considering that the 2000 is running $1600 up I agree the pricing on this is not insanely high. Not my cup of tea but very nice workmanship.

Oh, i'm not discounting Sphinx pistols. They make a fine gun. But to say that engraving is over the top is an understatement lol.
