Remind me what was specific about the lowers, please. I thought the serial numbers were the same as the Mod 3 lowers. Is that incorrect?

I had thought about having RA make mine into a Form 4 SBR (currently the only way it's allowed here), but they just yesterday announced on TOS that they're going to stop doing those.

I suppose I didn't the the additional expense of a tax stamp right now anyway.
