I love my 16" middy. This one must be a lightweight version. Mine has the .750 gas block seat. Wish I would have picked up 2 more when they had the Stickman discount.

Should be 18" :p
Been thinking about picking up a good 18" barrel.Ground Defense 1, Blade Defense 1, Defensive Pistol 1 & 2, Aliance Shoot House, When Things Go Bad, YSINTG, Carbine 1, DART Medical, NRA Range Safety Officer

They make an 18". But I see little reason for an 18" barrel on a 5.56. Minimal velocity gains with that cartridge and a less rigid barrel is about the only changes going to 18". And I own 3-4 5.56 rifles with 18" or longer barrels. I can tell you you need a heavy profile if you have plans to run a can. My 18" SPR is the only long barrel rifle I have that does not have severe P.O.I. Shifts with a can.

Good looking barrel.
I bought a Strongside Tactical Intermediate 16 in June. If I hadn't, I would have picked this one up!
I really want a 14.5 Intermediate though.
